Description

No supports needed.

I would recommend printing this out of PETG or TPU just because of how snug it snaps onto the can. It may make it easier to remove if printed with a more flexible material.

I designed this model so because recycling cans only goes so far, so why not reuse them. This insert allows the excess water to sit in the bottom of the can, continuing to maintain humidity of the soil.

Love it! I use these types of cans for my cuttings but they always rust and left long enough diease the roots. Excited to see if this solves that. Knocked off 1 star as the model was slightly to large. Needed to size it down to 78mm. Possibly just a variation in the can used. Trader Joe's black olives can. Mine have an internal lip. Attached image for reference.

I'm very glad you like it! The cans I've been using are the Campbells chunky soup so you're probably right on the can sizings being different.
