Description
While I love the X3D AMS stand concept, I wasn't happy with the fitment of the glass plate when the riser was installed. I cadded up a simple TPU gasket that fits the AMS Riser perfectly and also has cutouts for the glass plate handle screws.
Print in TPU and fit with glue to AMS Riser. I used superglue.
I purposefully did not include a print file as TPU is temperamental and you should make your own judgment. I printed in Overture standard TPU at 240C, 60mm/s with a CHT style nozzle hardened steel nozzle on a smooth PEI plate. Do not print on the bambu high temp plate without glue or it will likely get destroyed when you try to get the TPU off.

this model was not designed for the riser that i printed, but it still does the job! So very happy, and nice that it fits on one plate!

had to trim a hair off of it to fit my riser, and after I got my settings worked out it printed fine. Thanks.

Have yet to install it. Print came out great used Inlans TPU 95A hardness.
