I had an issue with MATTERHACKERS, COOKIECAD, and Inland Plastic filament spools as well as some other brands not fitting all the way onto the AMS Lite Hub. So - After one fell off part way through a print, I designed this adapter. My wife also likes to use it for all normal sized spools since it is easier to unscrew the nut for her than to pull the spool off the rubber retaining pads.
