Modular Stackable Storage box M 160x80x80 with Lid

Modular stackable storage box with snap-fit lid - Size “M” – inner dimensions: 160 × 80 × 80 mm.

The box is fully compatible and stackable with the box 160 × 80 × 40 mm and with all inserts (on my MW profile).

This stackable box is designed for clean and efficient organization of small parts, hardware, electronics, and everyday items.

Inserts for organizing small items are available on my profile.

• Modular system: Based on a 40 mm height module – two 40 mm boxes stack to the same height as one 80 mm box and they can be freely combined. Likewise, you can insert 40 mm inserts stacked inside for customizable organization. This box can hold up to 4 various inserts for better organization.

   

• Optional inserts available: half-divider, 4-compartment inserts fit perfectly inside to organize contents further or Combo insert (combination of half divider and 4-compartment inserts.

   

• Footprint: 160 × 80 mm. Inner height: 80 mm.

   

• Part of a growing modular storage system; other sizes are available on my profile.

The printing profile contains 3 separate build plates:

– Box with lid

– Separate box

– Separate lid

This allows you to easily print only the parts you need.

Design & functionality:

• Bottom features locking geometry for secure stacking

   

• Boxes stack firmly and stay aligned

   

• Snap-fit lid – secure, yet easy to remove (no threads or magnets)

   

• Optional inserts available on my profile

Tips:

• PLA works great for everyday use
• Color-coding of boxes or lid is perfect for categorizing contents
• Labels or embossed text can be added on lid for even better organization

Print settings:

• 0.2mm layer
• 3 walls
• 15% infill

More sizes and inserts will be added to create a fully modular set. Feedback and suggestions for future sizes are welcome.
