so from my project, i design the Original part (spare part)
10mm Carbon Rods, 14mm Bearing lenght is 40mm
you need my Clamps from my profile they are better
and brass socket 3x M3x5x5

how long needs to be Carbon Rods?

mine was 376,5mm but i would say make one side and fix the other when you have it in the maschine.

when I have time I will little bit remix your model to easy fit inside 5mm studs and can screw it. but not sure about printing this parts. ordering from pcbway cf nylon or just buy spare from bambu and make small adjustments to easy replacement tooth pulleys.

when you choose the right material why not, Vorons or other DiY printer have ABS print parts.
the only thing is other bearings and rods
