Description

Hello there

I created this Bambu Lab hotend mount, for my 3D printer, because nobody have done this before :P
I choosed this hotend, because it is very light, cheap (like for this flow), small and convenient
Personaly I bought this hotend from aliexpress, it is little bit improved, thanks this I can quicly demontage heat block with heat break without demontage all hotend with heat sick
This version of hotend has nozzle change option, not like oryginal, thanks it I can use cht nozzle or bigger size nozzle
If something happens to hotend, I don't have to buy the whole hotend, I just can buy one part to replace

PARTS:
In my case, I used 40x40x10 heat sick fan
You need these bolt lengths:

POST PROCCESING
If you printed needed parts, it is necessary to drill all printed holes, to make sure they are correct sizes

I am klipper user, and if you installed the hotend, you need ti change few parameter
At first, you need to change thermistor type in cgf file, the thermistor type is "EPCOS 100K B57560G104F", with this new hotend, you need to change max temp to 300
After that, you need to make PID tuning, and next calibrate Z offset (with preheated bed and nozzle heater)
