I was not happy seeing how the cable on the extruder was hitting the Z-Rods and the Top-Bar while homing X and while printing near Z-Max (with the original cable clip the cable touches the top bar at around z=20cm.
So it was time for my first design(s) in FreeCAD…
Version 1 almost satisfied me, but maybe somebody wants it (so i upload it as well).
The Cable needs to be folded to fix it with a cable tie.
This version would work when you change the homing position for the X axis e.g. by blocking it from going too far to the left side.
Version 2.1 fixes the Cable at angle and tilted 90° so it flexes easier while printing and doesn't touch any obstacles while printing (the right Z-Rod should not be a problem).
Just mount the version you like using the original screws and fix the cable using a ziptie to it (like you can see in the pictures). The cable has some flex so it can easy be bent to shape - do not push it onto the back of the extruder-PCB too hard (the soldered pins should not touch or penetrate the insulation on the cable - you can put kapton tape over the pins just to be sure).
UPDATE:
Due to easy breaking of PLA-parts I reinforced the design a bit and uploaded Version 2.2.
If you are able to print ABS or PETG, do so for this part.
Prints without support.
