This is a remix of FreakyDude's Bed Mount - credit to him for the original design.
Edits from above design:
- Screw slots for the Fysetec's USB Portable Input Shaper (stabilizes it on the mount itself)
- Removes the sides to accommodate the size of the portable input shaper and since they're not needed anymore
- Widens the gap to 6.7mm so that it fit on my bed (which has a magnetic base and a removable PEI sheet)
- Adds hole to accommodate for protruding resistor on PCB
Printed in Overture Transparent PETG at 0.2mm height. Make sure your printer is calibrated correctly. All screws and nuts imperial, but can use metric equivalents!
Assembly as follows:
- Attach 4/40 screw to top side of ADXL345 and a 4/40 nut to the bottom side (for a spacer to keep it straight)
- Attach USB ADXL345 to mount holes using two 4/40 nuts.
- Slip brace onto bed carefully.
Happy printing!
