Function

A simple Bracket to mount 2.5 Kg Spools of Filament on the wall and feed it to your printer. To Mount them, all Parts are needed once except the wall bracket itself. The Wall Bracket is needed 2 times. If you have spools which are wider, you can also adapt them. Just mount the brackets as needed. The Sleeve was added afterwords to make the whole spool rotate better.

In my Case im using Greeny PLA 2.5 Kg which works just fine. 

Printing

Originally printed on a Bambulab A1. 

I printed it with 25% Infill in basic PLA. The Brackets are really strong so 15% Infill should work just fine. 

Assembling

To Assemble, just measure the distance between the two brackets (you can also use the sleeve as a gauge. The Axle Cap fits right into the Axle and needs to be glued on (to save supports while printing). In my case, the axle fits easily through the hole of the 2.5 Kg spool.

The Sleeve just pushes into the Core of the Filament spool. 

The holes are made for 4,5mm Screws with a champfer.
