A Journey Through Time and Strategy

Step into a world where ancient traditions meet modern intellect. Our 3D-printed board hosts not one, but three captivating games—each with its own rich history and unique gameplay. Whether you’re a seasoned strategist or a curious novice, this multifaceted board promises hours of entertainment and mental stimulation.

Game Rules:

Bagh Chal (The Tiger Game):

  • Objective: Bagh Chal, originating from Nepal, pits two players against each other. One player controls the cunning tiger, while the other commands a team of nimble goats.
  • Setup: The board features a 5x5 grid with four tigers placed at the corners and 20 goats in the center.
  • Gameplay:
    • Tiger Moves: Tigers can jump over adjacent goats (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) to capture them. The goal is to eliminate goats.
    • Goat Moves: Goats can move to adjacent empty spaces. Their objective is to block the tigers’ movements.
    • Winning: Tigers win by reducing the goat count to five or by trapping them so they cannot move. Goats win if they successfully block the tigers’ movements.
  • Story: Bagh Chal reflects the struggle between predator and prey, echoing the balance of nature.

Alquerque (The Ancient Checkers):

  • Objective: Alquerque, played across ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia, is a game of jumps and captures.
  • Setup: The board consists of a 5x5 grid with 12 pieces per player (usually black and white).
  • Gameplay:
    • Piece Moves: Players move their pieces diagonally to adjacent empty spaces.
    • Captures: Jump over an opponent’s piece to capture it. Captured pieces are removed from the board.
    • Winning: The first player to eliminate all opponent pieces or immobilize them wins.
  • Story: Alquerque symbolizes strategic warfare, where each piece represents a soldier on the battlefield.

Teeko (The Modern Mind-Bender):

  • Objective: Teeko combines elements of tic-tac-toe and connect-four.
  • Setup: The 5x5 board features 25 spaces.
  • Gameplay:
    • Piece Placement: Players take turns placing their pieces on the board.
    • Winning Patterns: Form a winning pattern of four pieces in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally).
    • Strategic Depth: Unlike tic-tac-toe, you can move your pieces after placement, adding complexity.
  • Story: Teeko represents the fusion of ancient wisdom with modern twists—a puzzle for the curious mind.

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Quality Craftsmanship: Our 3D-printed board is both functional and visually appealing.
  • Educational Fun: Explore the historical context of these games while enjoying friendly competition.
  • Portable: Take it to picnics, gatherings, or cosy evenings at home.
  • Family Bonding: Share laughter, strategize, and create lasting memories with loved ones.
