Description

The djed is one of the more ancient and commonly found symbols in ancient Egyptian religion. It is a pillar-like symbol representing stability. It is associated with the creator god Ptah and Osiris.
The djet, rooted in ancient traditions, serves as a symbol of constancy, balance and creation, reminding us of the enduring wisdom of the ages. Let this talisman fortify your spirit and offer guidance on your journey carrying it on your neck or with you.

In ancient Egypt colors for were chosen not only for their beauty but for the potent meanings they conveyed, imbuing each amulet with a unique protective or beneficial quality. Here are some for inspiration:

  • Red: Represented power, protection, and vitality.
  • Blue: Signified creation, the heavens, and divine protection.
  • Yellow/Gold: Associated with the eternal, the sun, and indestructibility.
  • Black: Denoted the fertile soil of the Nile and regeneration.
  • White: Stood for purity, sacredness, and simplicity.
