Description

A quadruple deck box; available in various sizes. Let me know if you need a different size and I can add it.

The number refers to the number of double sleeved cards that will fit. If you want the single sleeve count, multiply that number by 1.25. (The 80+ will fit a single sleeved commander deck).

Print Settings

The model is designed to be printed with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height and no supports.
I recommend to printing with 2-3 walls and 15%+ infill for good strength. It's also best to use a brim to help the lid adhere to the bed.
The arms should probably be printed with even more walls (5+) and infill (50%+) for better longevity.

So far 3 successful amazing prints vs 6 failures. Keeps failing on the arms or layer shift. The arms just seem to pop up a little bit and each layer gets worse and worse until the front of the print head falls off. I've tried reducing layer height and print speed. At only 1 successful print per kg it comes out being a bit expensive - $90 for 3 boxes. EDIT: Gave it another go, 1 more fail.

You should do some calibrations.

yea, I cleaned the rods and tensioned the belt then did a calibration before the last one. Wondering if it's the silks I'm printing with, although I've had no issues on anything else I've printed.

you should do a calibration for your filament. Are you using Bambu or Orca Slicer?

I like this box. I use them for my Pokemon cards. I've sorted them by rarity. Is this box also available with different sized areas? As you can see, I don't have a lot of rare cards (left side).

If your willing to do a little bit of tweaking in fusion 360, you can easily adjust the compartment sizes to your liking.

Other Issues:Tried printing 3 times, always fails around 60 to 70%, with a layer shift...

Hi, were you able to solve the problem? I now also have an offset of approx. 5mm but in a different place and don't know why.

Hello there, will you ever do a version without compartments or parametric?

There's a non-compartment version here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/18757#profileId-18634 Also the design is parametric, just click "Download raw model files (stl, step, etc.)" to get the f3d file.
