Based on various maker requests, this remix for K-9 is to help makers who have issues with printing some of the original K-9 parts as well as makers who want to supersize the original model.
Please read carefully as the variations could be confusing.
1-body_bottom_with_supports_and_brace.stl
This file adds braces to the original body_bottom_with_supports file to secure the part to avoid the legs from coming off the supports for those makers with this issue on the original model.
2-body_bottom_with_supports_and_brace_for_200.stl
This file adjusts the original built-in supports and adds braces to the part if you are printing the model at 200% or more. Just resize this part along with the other parts as needed.
3-body_top_split_top.stl and body_top_split_bottom.stl
These two files can be used if the original body_top part is too big for your printer.
Important note: body_top_split_bottom contains a built-in brace, however, slicer supports are needed under the flat bottom part.
4-body_top_split_bottom_for_200.stl
This file contains and adjustment to the brace to allow for printing at 200% or more. The body_top_split_top part can be resized without issue.
Since the model has a split part when resized larger, if anyone requests a collar to help join the parts and hide the seam, use the comments in this remix to let me know.
Enjoy!
