This is not my design / model. The original model by Hank can be found at https://www.printables.com/model/55159-large-mantis-clamp. I am sharing this here under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 DEED license for easy printing on bambu printers. No changes were made to the model itself, but changes were made using print profile settings (see below).

Print profiles

The model is designed with a 0.2mm clearance on the gears. I added a second print profile with a 0.1mm X-Y contour compensation to make the clearance just 0.1mm. This results in a very tight fit with almost no slop in the gears with tightening the clamp.

good print. but loose in the gears but good for light duty.

it's a vise.. it should be appear to be a bit lose. don't be afraid to turn the knob a last time. it should grab a good hold, with that final slow turn. you'll know what i mean when you feel it. this is the best thing i've ever printed man. i love the feel of a good visegrip.
