Strength Issue:the 3 Part Design sadly doesnt hold well together when you Twist the Box to roll up the cable.
Other Issues:Looks great, but the design is flawed. the tiny holes dont allow for the Heads of cables to fit through them, rendering the object unusable. ive cut the holes in order to use it.
They look good, but either im too dumb to get in the cable or it isnt possible with this design. how do you want to fit the heads of the cable through the hole?
You have to insert the cable before you assemble the organizer.
Lay your cable so the middle of it is through the slot in the pin and the two ends hang out of the holes on either side. Then snap it together.
The organizer stays on the cable when you unroll it and use it.
you would have to lay in the cable whilst printing. there is no way to fit the cable when printed, even unassembled. sorry if im being a massive dumbass here but i can not see a way to lay in the cable whilst unassembled, since the holes arent open.
I actually answered your question before my print was done.
The way I got my cord in is by sticking the USB C end into the hole on the side of the organizer, placing the center pin barely inside the organizer, then pushing the USB C end through the opposite hole in the organizer.
If your device end (USB C, USB Mini, Lightning, etc) won't fit through the hole you'll probably get better results if you reprint it slightly larger. Increase all 3 pieced by the same percentage in the resizer.
