Having extrusion problems with the AMS, I have several times an error that pauses the printing because it thinks that the roll of filament maybe is stuck or tangled up. So I need to pull out a little the filament to continue printing.

You must print a pair of each for each side.

Use whatever filament. No support needs.

You don't need any adapter. This is an universal spool holder for all of the market. 

Maybe is not the best, but it does the job done and cost zero.

It costs a little to push it… but I done snug to avoid being loose from the support of the AMS Lite. I recommend to start with the yellow support.
