Somewhere different and out of the way to mount the pump.

The main part is slotted for zip ties to hold to rack and slotted for the velcro strap included with the pump. The end pieces should be tight enough to hold the pump in place but I'm paranoid, don't need the pump falling between the spokes, so I made the main piece with zip tie mounts. The main piece should be all that's needed to hold the pump but I'm using the two narrower pieces as well because they're what I used to tweak the design. The reason for the S1 and S2 is that my rack varies by around 1.5mm from one end of the rack to the other.
