I think Amazon might have redesigned the blink mini camera mounts. I printed this but was unable to get the ball into the socket of your design. The ball seems to measure out to about 15mm diameter and your socket is about 12.5mm. I tried to push it in with a hammer but the print broke. I purchased my camera a couple months ago, maybe there was a redesign sometime recently. I wish this worked because I have an Xtouch on my P1S too and this model looks great!

would this be available without the touchscreen mount?

A solid model and a perfect print. It didn't fit my model of Blink Camera though. No fault of the designer.
