After the specific versions for Bambu Lab and Sunlu spools (click here for the Bambu spool or here for the Sunlu spool), here is a version that adapts to all spools that can be drilled on the edge.
One of the main advantages of this clip is that you don't need to remove it when you put the spool in the closed AMS, because it doesn't interfere with the rotation.
To mount this clip in your spool, follow these easy steps (you can also see it in the photos above):
1. Print the drilling template found in the print profile with the clip.
2. Position the template by resting its protrusion on the circular edge of the spool to ensure correct alignment.
3. Passing through the holes already present in the template, drill the spool with a 4 mm drill bit (be careful not to hurt yourself).
4. Remove the template, then you can snap the clip inserting the pins into the holes you just made.
5. Optional, but strongly recommended: clean up your work area before someone kicks you and your spools out of the house!
