Description

A simple 28 x 126 x 102 mm (L x W x H) storage container for various types of coin cells / button batteries. It has a total of 18 storage slots featuring the following diameters:

  1. 1x 6.15 mm (AG0/LR63/LR521)
  2. 2x 7.15 mm (AG1/LR60/LR621, AG4/LR66/LR626)
  3. 3x 8.25 mm (AG2/LR59/LR726, AG3/LR41/LR736, AG11/LR58/LR721)
  4. 1x 8.3 mm (AG5/LR48/LR754)
  5. 3x 9.8 mm (AG6/LR69/LR921, AG7/LR57/LR926, AG9/LR45/LR936)
  6. 4x 11.9 mm (AG8/LR55/LR1120, AG10/LR54/LR1130, AG12/LR43/LR1142, AG13/LR44/LR1154)
  7. 1x 16.4 mm (CR1620)
  8. 3x 20.4 mm (CR2016, CR2025, CR2032)

Each storage tube has a cutout, so access to single cells is rather easy. I recommend storing the batteries with their labeled sides facing upwards in order to identify them more easily.

Print in any solid filament at 0.30 mm layer height or less. Use two or more perimeters and at least 15% infill. Supports are not required.

A stack of 30 3v batteries is a lot of volts. Please don't do this.

I'm not an expert, but 30 batteries in a row can be quite dangerous if touched accidentally, perhaps take this into account in the design

I have to agree with the other commenters here: 90 volts can absolutely kill you under the right circumstances, even at the tiny currents a coin cell can produce. Seeing as how the author has ignored the warnings for almost an entire year, I have reported this model as hazardous to personal safety.
