A simple cord organizer I designed for my quest and headphones.
- Outer dimensions are roughly 100mm x 31mm x 26mm.
- Inner dimensions for cord well is 100mm x 12mm x 12mm which
- holds maybe 4-6 cords (scale if needed for more cords but get bigger screws as well).
- Requires holes to be drilled (or maybe sticky pads but I havent tested)
This is my first original print in place with hinges. It snaps closed and a small handle to make it easier to open. It shuts pretty snug but not hard to open as well.
Printing/assembly
- I print with bambu studio default .2mm profile.
- It is a single print in place piece
- After printing close it to free up the hinges - you will feel a little crack the first time
- It requires 2 wood screws. I used size 4 imperial and 7/64 inch drill bit.
- The screw holes in the model are precisely 4mm in diameter
- I have not tried with metric screws so maybe m3 or m4 would work.
- You might be able to use sticky pads if you dont want to drill holes but I havent tried it
