Description
Hinged Clip Case prints in place. Simple box, easy to print. Inner boxed space is 123 * 50 * 25 mm. It prints in place without support.
Please check the other Hinged Clip Cases too. It is fun they say.
Other sizes available by request (inner box size L(x)*W(y)*H(z) and purpose of use needed). Please place your request as a comment at the model not as message.
Tip: If your printer/filament is not tuned quite well and the hinge gets stuck, a little WD40 to the hinge and gently forces back and forth might help to break it loose. I had this experience with eSun ABS+ with slightly too high printing temperature. After the WD40 procedure it is working fine now.

scaled it up a little and it printed perfectly, love that it snaps closed

Thank you for your nice comment. By scaling the model the hinge pin might become a problem. Either bridging becomes too wide or even worse going out of round shape.
If you would like to have a Box in another size, let me know. I created a new fully parametric CAD model and I can generate a wide variety of boxes on the fly now. The hinge is more elegant now.

Hello! Is it possible to have the box with its inner space of 73mm(L)x10.5mm(W)x4,8(H) for a magnetic board kit for children? Thank you in advance

Check the measurements. I guess it shall be 73 x 105 x 48 mm (x,y,z).

print profile had no issues.
Just a comment for the model itself, the retaining clip in the front doesn't always snap shut perfectly as it's a such a small detent. overall nice model and good profile.
having more sizes available would be great!
