This is my remix of Hugo's model. optimized for Bamboo and PLA. The cards fit in perfectly and are easy to slide out.
The tolerances on the model have been adjusted.

My print didn't turn out so great. Some rough spots on the back, the bottom of the lever mechanism has some strands that didn't adhere very well to other layers. The cards kept falling off as well :(

Mine fall out too. For reference, my printer is "perfectly" calibrated, tolerances are tight, using high end and dried filament, as well as print every day. I wonder if this remix or V1 is either meant to let them go when closed or if it's a remix design flaw.
