Description

Originally I was planning to use the Bambu top mount fo the AMS LITE however I decided against having that weight on top of the printer and opted for a wall mount. This however required an inverted orientation and since the numbering of slots and spools is not the most intuitive the search for corrected badges was launched. At this same time I discovered that the top mount bundle include PTFE tube supports and this mash up was born.

This both solve the problem of filament binding at the AMS with less than ideal tube angles and easily readable slot label that include a large visual arrow and allow the LED indiacator to still be visible.

The file may render a little messy as i did all the editing within bambu slicer but the slicing is correct.

This is my frist ever model / mash-up / remix let me know if you like it.

I love your inverted design. I also have mine mounted upside down on the wall. However, it would be so cool if you could make a variation that fits onto the numbers without the PTFE tube supports. Currently, it's super loose and falls off without the PTFE supports. It looks like each number has three little notches on them. Perhaps it could friction fit into those? Thank you!

Everything printed quite well here; however, I was not able to get the PTFE tube guides to fit on my AMS very well.

How about a version for us that are using the AMS lite Top Mount with the PTFE Tube Guides? Basically, the same model with the numbers turned 90 degrees to the right.

Filament guide was nice thought but could still use some refining. These were super loose and just slide around vs lock into place

description clearly states this file is for inverted ams orientation. and designed for a tight fit on the ptfe bracket as having the tight fit on the ams body with the walls cut out was separating the number cap from the ams body.
