Modular Kitchen/Bathroom Sink Splash Guard | Assembled Kitchen Drainer

Specifications

This modular version is composed of 3 parts:

1. Closure parts: Positioned at the ends on the left or right (10cm in length)
2. Optional middle parts: Available in 2 sizes (10cm/20cm in length) & 3 different patterns (Straight line, Wavy line, X Pattern)
3. Left or right centre parts: Surround the base of the faucet (10cm in length)

All the parts are connected using dovetail joints, with a width of 11cm and 4 x Optional Round pads (the 10cm middle part only requires 2 x Round pads). The distance between the base of the faucet and the sink edge is 3cm, supporting faucet diameters up to 4.5 cm.

For the basic version, you only need to print the 1st and 3rd folders, which contain the Left/Right Closure and Centre parts. 

For better performance, consider applying bondings between the dovetail connections to prevent water seepage - such as silicon sealant, tape or blue tack.

If you need a longer version to suit your sink size, here are some examples of how you can customize it:

Examples

Double Sink 33cm: 1 x L/R Closure (10cm), 1 x L/R Centre (10cm), 1 x Middle X Pattern (10cm), 1x Middle Straight Line (10cm)

Optional Round pads: 4 x Round pads (3mm / 5mm) for Closure & Centre, 2 x Round pads for Middle 10cm = 4 * 4 components + 2 * 2 components = 20 in total 

Left Sink 25cm: 1 x Left Closure (10 cm), 1 x Left Centre (10 cm)

Right Sink 30cm: 1 x Right Closure (10 cm), 1 x Middle Wavy line (20 cm), 1 x Right Centre (10cm)

Optional Round pads:  4 x Round pads (3mm / 5mm) each = 4 * 5 components = 20 in total

Single Sink 80cm: 1 x L/R Closure (10 cm), 2 x Middle Straight line (20 cm), 1 x L/R Centre (10cm)

Round pads:  4 x Round pads (3mm / 5mm) each = 4 * 6 components = 24 in total

Left Sink 33cm: 1 x L/R Closure (10 cm), 1 x Middle X Pattern

2 x Middle Straight line (20 cm), 1 x L/R Centre (10cm)

Round pads:  4 x Round pads (3mm / 5mm) each = 4 * 6 components = 24 in total
