This is a model for a frag rack which is a couple pieces, including an inset of TPU. The TPU allows for it to hold a larger variety of frag plug sizes.
To build:
- print main components, I use PET-G: 1x body, 1x body top, 4x legs
- print tpu insert
- sandwich the TPU insert between the body pieces: main body piece → tpu insert → top piece
- (optional, suggested) using a M8x1.25 tap, give the holes for the legs a cleaning. This makes sure they can screw together well.
- screw the legs into the body holes, being careful that if they're binding, you don't try to turn it too hard. If you do, you'll break the leg off.
- when I have it break I jam a screwdriver into the stuck piece and try and twist it out. I've also drilled them out and retapped the hole.
Works well in my experience.
