Description

This is a print that looks like it's an embroidered piece. Seeing the print physically in real life is mind bending, knowing that it's completely 3D printed and not a single strand of yarn was used for this.

The 3MF file will have all instructions for Bambu Studio/Bambu printers included. If you do not want to use the 3MF please use the included STL file and the following instructions:

Print Instructions

This was my first AMS print with my new A1, it came out so well I think. Its a little lighter/more blown out than the original but I still love it! I used all Sunlu PLA+ filament, Black, Orange, Yellow, Beige, white. Thanks for uploading!

thanks for using model for your first ams print! I’m very honoured! Just a note about colours and hueforge - the TD (transmission distance) of the filament colours is equally important as the colour itself - which is why the info is also provided in the instructions. If your filament TD is significantly higher or lower than mine, the final outcome will not look the same at all since the HueForge process highly depends on using TD levels to create the blend of colours. Just thought I’d give you a heads up!

Oh yes, I have Hueforge myself! I think the Sunlu PLA+ yellow & orange are higher TD's than your filaments. Good explanation though. I want to give you 5 stars for this but don't know how? I've only been using makerworld for a few days!

Ah! thank you!! I’m not sure about how to do it on the desktop / browser but in the Handy mobile app, if you click on ‘Me’ at the bottom it’ll take you to a page where you can click ‘Ratings’ and submit your rating there! No obligations, of course - hope you have a good day!!

Wonderful model! Scaled it up a bit, used different filament than original and not exactly the height switch places as mentioned, but it still ended up looking really nice.

All credit to a great design - power went out during so won't let me rate (never registered as finished), but definitely 5 stars.

I just wanted to test a HueForge image before I buy the software. Very nice image, too!

This will be my first hueforge print, I do have the AMS but how do I go about the last 5th color, do I swap out one of the original or will it pause to ask me to change colors? Thank you! Love this design!

once the black layers are done printing (and has moved on to the second colour) you can just pull out the black spool and replace it with the 5th colour. Just remember that when you’re prepping the print, in the pop up that appaests after you’ve got send, assign the Black and the final colour to the same slot (If black is in slot A1, assign the final colour to slot A1)
