Description

Motorized Respooler with Integrated Electronics

 

This model is a redesign based on the Respooler Motorized Filament by LTS Design (available on MakerWorld: View Original Model). The goal of this redesign is to integrate a custom electronics system that automates the respooling process, improving its efficiency and functionality.

 

Differences and Improvements in the Redesign

Custom Electronics System: Unlike the original model, this version includes a fully custom-built electronics system that optimizes motor control and filament management.

Automated Process: We implemented a microcontroller-based system to enhance tension and speed control.

Open-Source Code: All source code and additional tools are available on my GitHub repository: GitHub - quim43.

Mechanical Optimization: While the structure remains similar to the original design, minor modifications have been made to improve integration with the new electronics.
