I've seen multiple ender tool holders, but none fit my needs, so i designed my own.
The top ones made me worry about rattling and/or misaligning print due to vibrations, the bottom one were usually either too simple or not matching the one on Ender 3 V2.
This one sits in top rail, has multiple holes for different tools and a box for anything that doesn't fit in some hole or is not used that much. There is version with and without cover.
Use pictures are from the first print, where I noticed few minor issue that are fixed in this stl and f3d:
F3D for fusion in which I created this is also included for anyone to adjust to your needs.
Supports needed for base only (pliers holder), I printed with 15% infill, but maybe less will be fine as well.
For fitting, it uses vertical rails and 2 t-nuts on the bottom - I've used spare t-nuts from z-axis stop, which I replaced with BL-touch, which needed to be little shortened (about 2-3mm). Double sided tape should work as much :)

Created in Fusion 360 which is available for personal use. There is scratch with al the measurements so you can easily work with it. It was my first project in fusion, so probably not all best practices in how to design this were not used :))
