If you would like to get a velcro strap, get a double sided (one side hook, one side loop) 10mm wide velcro tape. Like this.

If you are right handed then your wrist will be on the right side of the brace. Vise versa.

UPDATE:

Minor tweaks, IE made the Picatinny mount holes longer to make M4 Nylock more compatible, and added an M3 Nylock Nut Version that replaces the need for brass inserts on the main body where the M3 Screw connects the two parts together will need 2   M3x12mm SHCS, only profile with this update so far is the 75 Degree With Rear Pad Holes. July 3 2025
