Description

Take a 32oz or 16oz mason jar and secure the lid in place. Cut around the top of the lid, ensuring the threads remain intact, creating a fully open space for the candy to easily fall through. Press fit the modified lid with a dab of glue to secure it, allowing you to twist the jar to dispense candy and twist it back to refill. To insert the spinner pin, carefully place it through the back hole on the main body of the print. Once the spinner is set in place, it will securely snap into position and remain fixed. No screws or additional hardware are required, apart from the mason jar and the plastic used for the print. Feel free to enjoy, sell, or share my creation in any way you like; however, if you appreciate my work, a small coffee donation :) https://paypal.me/kshansen would be greatly appreciated. Great print. Did find it was a little tight getting the jar lid in but still worked.

Just what I needed to make a Valentine gift for my grandkids. I printed it on my Bambu P1S and it looked good. However, I didn't have a one piece Mason Jar lid....and the two piece (Lid and Ring) type was just a tiny bit too big to get in there. So I got in Bambu Studio and dropped the machine down on the Z axis until only about 1/4 inch was left on top of the build plate. I then SCALED it up to 103% and printed that short ring....too big....as was 102%, 101% was still too small, and I finally got a perfect fit at 101.5%. I reprinted all 3 parts again at 101.5% and now have a perfect fitting ring glued into my Candy Dispenser. I'll have to find a solid Mason Jar lid and see if I can use it in my original print. Thanks mrhansen7692 for a great design.

Replying to @mrhansen7692 :
I used just a silky PLA. And my wife finally found a one piece lid and it was too large as well. So that 101.5% print seems to be the sweet spot for all the lids we have. I put my daughter in control of the candy dispenser, so now it gives her a bit of extra "Mommy Leverage" with the Grandkids.
