Use either filament pieces or purge lines for whiskers. I like purge lines as they don't have to be glued and don't seem to get bent as easy. They are a bit fiddly to get in at first, but fold them as shown and try a few times and you'll get them to stay in.
CA glue will leave white vapor residue on black PLA if left to cure alone. Set part in front of a fan or use CA glue accelerant to prevent it.
