Livescope for $200. I designed this for fun this past winter for ice fishing. I used a Garmin Striker 4 with the GT20 transducer. With some adjustment of the transducer settings and pulling the lever you can aim the transducer and at a 75° angle and see fish that arent directly under you. The second pic is a comparison of the Blue beam and Red beam. The Blue beam is when the transducer is normallly used for fishing, and the Red beam is what we are able to see with my aimable transducer. I only got a couple chances to actually see if this actually helped me catch fish but the lake i went to is almost completly filled with suberged trees so no matter what made i used, the screen was just filled with feedback from the trees. I need to find a deeper lake with less structure to test if fish are able to be located.
