There are 3 tutorials in Bambu Lab under the A1 mini, beginner, intermediate,and advanced. You get 50 points upon completion, thought I'd throw that in. I remember in one of the courses they discussed that exact problem and it had something to do with the hotend, I believe it was clogged. I believe they had a link in the video that takes you to another video with instructions on how to clean the hotend. Sorry but it's been a few minutes since I viewed them. Good luck.
