Bio
67 YO kid, retired USAF Aircraft Mechanic, private pilot, aircraft owner and professional tinkerer. Love building things, bought my first Ender 3 three years ago and haven't looked back since. I print mostly RC aircraft and flying rockets, but I have started branching out. 42" T-Rex skeleton for me and 1/2 size one for my grandson and several other things waiting their turn on my P1S. I have almost stopped using my older Ender 3's but not completely. Can't figure out how to sneak another P1S in the house unnoticed, well not yet anyway. Bought my second P1S about two months ago.

Printed great, just need to remember not to print TPU on a textured plate, it has quite the grip!

They printed great although I did print the screws at 98% as 100% was a bit fussy and very tight, it could just be my calibration being off. Hopefully these won't result in an Urgent Care trip on Christmas Day as it's my grandsons present! Thank You! Boosted!

Perfect print, I went with the dual color despite the purge waste, I can except the waste to get the results. This is for my daughter's woodworking shop, Thank You.

Excellent tool, I have needed this for a long time and have improvised in the shop for years! I printed the original and also a 200% tall version for comparison. Waiting on more PLA-CF to print more. Thank You

Printed perfectly, except for a snag that was not due to print file but printer hiccup. Extremely happy with this. Thank You

This was exactly what I wanted, simple printing, assembly and 100% functionality! I had springs on hand that were longer, so I printed a 50mm addition, works perfectly. Thank You

Finally finished this print, had to take a break in the middle of printing. Yes, it takes a long time, yes, there's lot of poop. I had a few problems with the silk clogging the poop chute, it knocked the fan cover off twice and ruined the prints. It took about 275ish hours to print. So, factoring the time, filament and poop, was it worth it? Absolutely yes, there's not a better Starship model in regard to attention to detail in exitance, at least outside of maybe a professional model shop. I've been a model builder for 50 some years and it would be tough to duplicate the quality and detail. I'm almost finished printing the launch pad and will display it next to my Saturn 5. Thank You for sharing this model with us!
Okay, maybe not quite finished, need to put the control surfaces and grid fins on.
