Actual-size cookie cutters and templates for Nintendo Switch joycon controllers. These were a big hit for my son's Minecraft-themed 10th birthday party. Not as big of a hit as the chicken jockeys, but how can anything compete with a chicken jockey? Hope you enjoy them too!

So my wife, kids, and I all have Christmas stockings with out name embroidered on them, but we have family visit for a few days at Christmas every year and have extra stockings without names. We'd always put post-it notes on them before, but this year I made something that looks a lot nicer: 3D-printed clip-on tags!

This is an adapter for mounting a Lutron Caseta Pico remote on a junction box or directly on a wall. It's been remixed several times to fix the sizing and make it stronger. This has the correct 3-13/16 inch (96.8375 mm, rounded to 96.838) distance between the wall plate screws, and 3-9/32 inch (83.34375mm, rounded to 83.344mm) distance between the junction box screws.

I needed to remove a small screw in a tight area where I couldn't fit a whole screwdriver. I saw other 4mm bit holders on here, but they all seemed to grab on the corners instead of the flats so I googled how to make a knurled pattern in Fusion and made my own.

This helps prevent deforming your partial spools when storing them in a vacuum bag, especially hot out of the a filament drier.
I had been using a similar ring, but I wanted to remix it and the original author didn't allow remixes, so I recreated it from scratch in Fusion. I made it parametric so that it would work with the Parametric Model Maker here so that everyone can whip up a custom-sized ring. I put tab at the ring gap to help prevent the ring from collapsing.

I have a lot of the old style Sunlu 250g spools that won't find on the original external spool holder. The original version of this adapter wouldn't work with my poop bucket, so I remixed a remix to stick straight out vertically. I also had problems with knocking the original off accidentally, so I added some slots and pins to retain it. There are multiple slots at the attachment to the printer so that you mount it close in or fully extended.

First print came loose from the bed when it was almost to the top of the ovals. I washed my build plate and forced a 10mm outer brim, and the 2nd print came out great and fits perfectly.

Turned out great! I printed it in Sunlu ASA for UV resistance since it sits next to a window. Of course my son lost the original charging cable on a plane the day before I printed this, and the connector is slightly thinner on the generic replacement that I got from Amazon. I was able to cut some scraps from the brim to shim it though, which is working great.
And it works great too! It solved all of the problems that my 9yo was having with connecting the charging cable.
