#Questions Forgive me if this isn't the right place to ask this question, but I'm having a strange slicing problem that I cannot figure out.
I have an object I would like to print flat on the build sheet in order to get a nice finish from a 3D build plate, but when I slice it, the interface between two colors becomes a mess and I don't know why. If I turn the object upright, it slices perfectly.
Any ideas?

This works great! Printed in black ASA and it disappears like it was meant to be there. The holes were a tad snug for my particular magnets, but other than that this is perfect.

My wife wanted a badge buddy for her work ID, but I couldn't find anything for a Phlebotomist. I made this completely in Bambu Studio, so it could be easily modified to fit whatever you need. The main profile will require an AMS, but I will add a profile with a pause so you can swap filament.

Very useful! The labels came out great, printed with a 0.2mm nozzle on a smooth plate. The dovetail joints between sections are just snug enough without being too tight. In my case the smaller magnets fit a bit too tight, while the larger magnets are a bit loose. I’m not sure if that’s a function of my printer tolerance or my specific magnets, but I can’t hold that against th design.
