Recommendations before and after printing:&nbsp; • Use textured PEI sheet • To make the hole for the USB cable input for the LEDs, you can do it with a soldering iron, drill a hole or you can do it with a slicer by adding a negative model in the place where you want to make the hole • For the pieces to give more light, I recommend using aluminum tape on the inside of the back cover • Be careful to clean the table well&nbsp;Materials and tools used to assemble parts:&nbsp; • Aluminum Tape for the back cover • Hot glue pistol to place in the spacing of the LEDs so they don't come off • Soldering iron to make the hole for the USB cable and/or to solder the LEDs with the USB cable with ON/OFF switch • White or RGB LEDs&nbsp;To find out the list of all the components I use, you can click on the link in my description, and you will find it in the first post!

This is my Voronoi edition of the Bambu reusable spool. Retains the filament marker inserts from my Honeycomb spools along with filament retension holes for re-spooling and tab for use with bambu refills. The tab can be easily cut off if needed. &nbsp;I have also re-sized this slightly adding 1mm to each side. Using a 100% infill (only adds 15g of filament per side), this brings its weight to match the OEM bambu spool as seen in the photos. Do you have the following printer errors when printing with the AMS? Failed to pull out the filament from the extruder Failed to feed the filament into the toolheadWell, give this little mod a try!In my case, I found the most common cause of these errors to be the PTFE tube having too much of a curve as it enters the extruder. This little bracket easily clips onto the cable guide on top of the extruder body and keeps it straight.NOTE: This is a remix of Bambu Lab's own design, they are providing the (unmodified) STL file of this to some users who contact support about AMS problems. In this remix, I made the following changes:<ol><li>Added hole for the PTFE tube instead of open-bottom, this way the tube does not slide out as the print head moves.</li><li>Modified design for easier printing with no supports needed.</li><li>Shaved 2mm off the top of the model so it can never bang against the glass lid of the printer like Bambu's design did.</li><li>Orientated the model properly for printing.</li><li>Added windows on the side for a more mechanical look and visibility of PTFE tube.</li></ol>Will it fix your problems?Maybe, maybe not. I think the AMS system on this printer needs a lot of refinement, but since I have created this and installed it, I have noticed a lot less error messages. It's only 1.3 grams of filament and 5 minutes to print, so give it a shot. Printing settings:<ul><li>Print in PETG, ABS, ASA, Poly, or Nylon. PLA will not survive.</li><li>Print at 0.16mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle.</li><li>Print with a large brim around the base - I recommend 15mm brim.</li><li>No supports are needed with most materials.</li></ul>How to install:<ol><li>Straighten PTFE tube (bend) by hand to be very straight (according to Bambu).</li><li>Slide PTFE tube through hole in bracket.</li><li>Insert PTFE tube into extruder to lock in place.</li><li>Slide the straightener down the PTFE tube and onto the coupler inside the extruder.</li><li>Press it down onto the coupler inside the extruder to lock into place.</li><li>If properly installed it should swivel around, and look like the photos.</li></ol>Leave a rating and some feedback!Let me know if this helps at all, and also let me know if you can think of any improvements I could make to the design.

Build this beautiful little rocket for my son and wanted to share it with you. :)&nbsp;The parts of the rocket can be printed seperately so no AMS is needed to achieve this multicolor print.In my case I painted the bolts and the seams between the three main body parts with an AMS, but this is optional. Just glue the parts together as you see in the drawing. A rack for 5 plates with the option for Bambu Lab A1 mini or Prusa Mini, I have taken advantage of toolmantim313's idea to make a remix and adapt it to the Bambu Lab A1 Mini and Prusa Mini plates and modify some parts so that they do not have so much overhang, be simpler and print better. The assembly is simple, for the stand you can use m3x12 and for the rest I used m3x18 because they were the ones I had on hand, but m3x14 are enough.

When I made / remixed my first Riser, it was out of personal necessity… because the built-in LED in BambuLab was not sufficient… and that Low profile <a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/model/365027-bambulab-top-glass-riser-4-cob-led-remix-with-led-" rel="nofollow noopener">design</a> turned out to be quite popular. Since then, a couple of users <a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/@qiao112_966765" rel="nofollow noopener">Qiao112</a> and <a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/@DanLjungstrom_483192" rel="nofollow noopener">Dan Ljungström</a> encourage me to do the next version that also has a vent on it… they showed me a design from another desinger… which is very good… but I personally like it to be not as tall… So through the rabbit hole I went… gone thru several design ideas… throw away most of them, starting over and over… until I came up with something that I personally like… So here it is… still similar to the first design, it has a TPU Bed/ Light Shield on top but I made several modification from the original design, recognizing issues that was inherent from the first design. <img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/584504/rich_content/fa9ed8bb-9d63-4188-89b4-134d95217ae6/all-assembled.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2261d2ae9d-5365-4a41-80e4-3bc4c3ff978d%22%2C%22w%22%3A3036%2C%22h%22%3A1326%7D"> The first design, I angled the LED 60 degrees downward, the problem is, if we do not want to cut the LED strips and do some soldering at the corners, you have to bend the LED strips, it will be very hard to fit them nicely… so in the new desogn, I change the angle to 45 degrees (less bending at the corners) and as a bonus, less overhang… then I added a “cave” (for the lack of a better word) so we can accommodate the “extra” LED to “curl” in there. <img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/584504/rich_content/0044983c-307f-41e6-b63d-9fe41dbe5b81/led-cave2.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%228f74d6d4-a0e4-4f27-857e-4daec59be023%22%2C%22w%22%3A3090%2C%22h%22%3A1406%7D">A few users remixed the previous design to make the top wall part (LED Trim some call it) thicker, worried that it might brake off… I personally have used this since I first made it, and never had any issues, but I will change the thickness to accommodate that too… This is probably a little more than a casual project, I will try to provide a clear guide… So let's get straight to how to put it together I uploaded a 3mf file that already contains everything you need to print. <img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/584504/rich_content/4a1cf25a-16b3-4570-8243-dabb28b84f79/new-3mf-all.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%229745d529-884c-4c89-9b31-92456e62b801%22%2C%22w%22%3A2472%2C%22h%22%3A1774%7D">This is a 5 plates project: Plate 1 & 2 are the main body, plate 3 is the cover for the vent holes plus Pegs and Magnet Tool, and the last 2 are all the TPUI printed Plate 1 thru 3 using IIIMax PetG Filament, and 4-5 using BambuLab TPU 95A Black I choose to pick different color for the cover for accent more than anything else, you can choose the same color / materials. ======== Parts you need to buy for this project: 1. 6x2 mm round magnets <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R88J55R?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1" rel="nofollow noopener">AMAZON LINK.</a> 2. We know that magnets will attract if they have opposite polarity, and repels otherwise. I intentionally print these in 2 different colors - 1 color like the body, and the other like the vent cover…. Glue each magnet to the tool, you should install the magnet opposite polarity so when you put them together head to head, they will stick to each other The orange one you will use to install the magnet for the main body, and the beige one for the vent covers ========== After you print all parts.. line up the main body upside down… and you can install the Pegs. Note that there are magnet notches on the pegs, they should be facing outward. V3 Precision

This is a spool winder for transferring filament from one spool to another. Inspired by the need to use certain filament spools for the Bambu Lab AMS. This build should speed up the process and give a nice tight winding. There is room for improvement, so feel free to give some feedback either on Printables or on the Youtube videos.This version is 100% 3D printed (not including the mounting screws). Future versions will use bearings and possibly a motor to drive the gears.The images show the assemblies mounted to a 2x6 for testing. The assemblies can be mounted to a similar board or to a base made from aluminum extrusions.&nbsp;Printing RecommendationsI used PLA while developing the spool winder. I would recommend using PETG, or Nylon CF, or other stronger, stiffer filament.The ‘worm’ gear can be tricky to print. In Bambu Lab Studio, I set the part upright and set support to tree (auto) and threshold angle at 10. Set a brim at 8mm.The gears are easy to print and require no support or post processing.The bases need some support and did well with tree (auto) and threshold angle of 30.I used 4 walls and 15% infill on most pieces.
