Tired of flimsy, "disposable" bird feeders?
I got fed up with thin commercial feeders breaking after one season and being a pain to refill, so I designed a heavy-duty alternative!
Why this one is different: Thick-walled design that won’t crack in the sun, Holds more seed so you can refill it less often,Arthritis-Friendly: large lid with extra clearance perfect for those of us with limited hand strength, keeps the seed (and the birds) dry.

This project started when I saw the "Weekend Hooker" by @briankstan. With permission from Brian I have created a 3d printable versions from his Laser and Cut model, submitted as original model with specific credit and permission from/to Brian.
If you haven't looked at the "Laser and Cut Models" side of MakerWorld yet, you are missing out on some incredible art.
I wanted to make this as a gift for a friend who has been fishing for most of his 87 years. However, I didn't have a laser cutter...

Print original the first time then Increase size, infill, light socket size and added stars all arount on second print. Had no issues with either! Great Print. My changes were simply to make it bigger and heftier. Added it to my wife's collections and she loved it.

Easy print chose to do them in Silks and did round lithos in Lithophane Maker Desktop then sized them to same size as originals. Worked perfectly!

Printed perfectly but i must be mixing my paints thinner since i have a few leakage problems. I sealed them with clear epoxy and that fixed the issue.

This one amazed me, it worked better than several comercial ones that i had purchased, both metal and plastic. Used a sealer for safety and have had no issue. Cleans up nice everytime.
