Perfect piece! The print itself needs no further mention in the Bambu Lab community #3dprintmasterrace Regarding the press itself: -Perfect tolerances, nothing is too tight or too loose -Stability with the V2 standard profile: I am a veritable wardrobe at 140kg, and I hung my full weight on it to compress my cheddar beef burgers as much as possible What can I say, WinRAR would be envious of the compression Thank you for the perfect burger press, you truly need nothing else anymore No more misshapen burgers, as I experienced with other presses The pictures speak for themselves

Wow, what an epic review that really made me chuckle! Even a 140-kilogram wardrobe is satisfied with the “Cheddar Compression Test”, so the press has officially received a seal of approval from the Burger Masterclass. And your mention of WinRAR—pure cinematic gold! I'm thrilled you love the burger press so much and no longer have to endure misshapen patties. Thank you for the kind words and your trust—this is exactly why we do what we do. Burger on!

Great template! I'm already using it for the second time. I scaled the parts down a bit and printed them with PETG on a print plate

I printed by pp filament. There is the issue with top element.

I haven't printed PP filament yet. But I have read that it is very demanding. What brand did you use?

Foreword: The model and print profile are great! but be careful if you use the press regularly. I printed it from translucent PETG and after about 45 burger patties I could see that the meat juice had pressed into the model. From a hygienic point of view, this is of course bad. Perfect breeding ground for bacteria and germs. Edit: I just read a comment saying that sealant should be used, I will probably print it again and test it sealed.

Thanks for your detailed feedback! 🙌 Some also use cling film as a separation layer so the meat doesn't come into direct contact with the printed part at all This keeps everything more hygienic and easier to clean

wow, I actually hadn't even thought of something so obvious 🤦‍♂️ That tip is certainly valuable too. The fit and design of your model are superb, better than any burger press I've ever bought. Keep up the good work

Set the tolerance to -0.02, otherwise it will be too tight. But excellent result, I will use it in a few days

Great print! I decided to add a stamp to the top. This required flipping it and using supports but I think it turned out well. Patriotic in PETG.
