#Questions Would You Put Models On Top Of Your Monitor? Hi everyone, I’ve been working on a project called Monitor Buddies, a modular rail system that allows small models to be displayed securely on top of a monitor without blocking or damaging the screen or falling off. It also allows 3 sizes of models to be changed out quickly and swapped with new ones locked in at 3 different set spacings. While developing it, I started wondering whether this could become a broader creator ecosystem rather than just a collection of my own models. The idea is simple: * Creators continue designing whatever they enjoy creating and identify if any of their models would suit a compatible miniaturised version on a pedestal * Users can search for display compatible models to put on top of their monitors. * Models that work well at miniature display size can be identified with a common compatibility MYOMB badge and tag. I’m calling the concept MYOMB (Make Your Own Monitor Buddy). But first can someone explain how the tag search engine works. I thought MYOMB would be kinda unique, but everything I’ve tagged definitely isn't weighted first and i get random things like tampon holders when i type MYOMB in the search bar….#Make Your Own Monitor Buddies (MYOMB) Before investing too much time into it, I’m interested in hearing what other creators and users of the concept think. #Newmodel Printed the full colour MEGA version of the KPT Loader and wow! Super impressed with the result. Can’t wait to see my friends kids face when he sees its for him. Only change i may made is some resolution in the rear KPT badge is a tiny bit fuzzy so will change to a separate glue on badge which will print nicer flat and save a lot of purge too. Look for REV 2 of the full colour. Anyway what do you guys think?

Each piece in the collection began as an AI-generated concept, then underwent geometry correction and refinement in Blender to ensure clean presentation and reliable printability. All models in this initial release have been test printed at both 60% and 100% scale and work beautifully. ###Initial Release Foundations of Zen 01 Pagoda 02 Mini Bridge 03 Stone Lantern 04 Stacked Stones These pieces are designed to work beautifully as stand-alone displays or as part of a larger themed arrangement. If you print them, I’d love to see your results, especially full-size versions in marble filament, which I think would suit this collection perfectly. There two other sets of 4 to follow to complete your collection, stay tuned. I’ll also be producing a 450 mm long version of the bridge with plans for a red and gold painted finish. Set 01 Foundations of Zen is now complete! Download, print and enjoy. Moving onto Set 02 Gardens of Serenity. P.S. Im going to upscale and print the bridge 600mm long in a large multi-part print with dovetail and pin joins and spray paint in red and gold. I’ll post the photos when I'm done. Looking forward to seeing your versions. Would look great in marble filament.
