I was super frustrated with the vacuum seal bags and trying to actually pull the air out. In order to get a good seal on the vacuum you need to compress the bag in such a way you can't actually get the air out. The Vacuum Seal Helper allows you to get the the proper seal on the bag valve without closing off the valve.
