Hey everyone, I’ve had my Bambu P1S for about a month now and I’ve put around 360 hours on it. I’ve been noticing that one of my AMS slots keeps getting clogged, especially on models with lots of retractions and small parts. The filament has been stored correctly straight out of the box, with plenty of desiccant, so I don’t think it’s a moisture issue. When I took the nozzle apart to check, I noticed a bunch of tiny microplastics in the gears. I also tried tightening the spring to the max, but the clogs keep happening. Has anyone else experienced this with a specific AMS slot? Any ideas for a fix, or should I contact Bambu support directly? Thanks! Is it just me or does Makerworld only pick the models in contests that are not just good, but use a lot of filament? No shame to any contest winner thay all do amazing jobs but it’s a weird thing to see.
