New to 3D printing in 2025, I have fallen in love with my first 3D printer, a Bambu Lab P1S named Princess Panda.

My Christmas present to the 3D printing community - please enjoy my representation of a native pōhutukawa bloom from Aotearoa New Zealand. These special trees bloom around Christmas time. They're self-decorating! To construct this model, you can use a heat gun or hair dryer to gently shape the stamens.
Merry Christmas! Happy Printmas!

Great design! Thanks so much! Epoxy glue worked well for the Thursday compartment. Printed on a holographic plate for extra whimsy 😊

I took my time with this model and re-engineered it a bit over a number of days. I increased the clearance in the pins for connecting the two halves of the wheel, and printed them directly in one half of the wheel to make gluing easier. I reduced the diameter of the central axle, to enable freer rotation, and decreased the length of it. I modified the struts to be printed as one piece with a 5-magnet headband attachment.
This is an outstanding model and concept. Thank you so much!

I named my Bambu Lab P1S printer Princess Panda, so the crown contest was the perfect opportunity to design a real life avatar for her. Enjoy her bamboo crown!

Absolutely stunning design! It's especially fascinating seeing how the train can cross the bridge. I highly recommend this model to everyone.
I hand-painted the station building to save printing time and because I didn't have a great filament match. With filament colour changes, this is a very involved project, but also very special and worthwhile.
