#model photo uploads
Has anyone experienced a problem with image uploads when adding models to their account? I've not had this problem before, but all photo's taken with my camera end up rotated left by 45 degrees when adding to model profile. All other images are fine (screenshots etc). The images are correct in my camera and PC. To work around this I have to load the images into a photo editor, do absolutely nothing to them but save them again. It is extremely annoying.

3MF files no longer showing images? Just recently I've noticed that my 3MF files on my PC (Windows File Explorer) no longer display thumbnails of the models, but rather a generic green Bambu logo. Anyone else experienced this or know why this has happened? Very annoying to try and find a model visually now.#3MF files(Edited)

#Questions Question re version number and Calibration tab location in Bambu Studio.
- I always update my version of Studio when new one comes out. I'm currently on 2.2.0.85 (and I have just uninstalled and reinstalled rather than simply update because of the below problem).
- I went to run a Calibration test on my P1S. With questions I checked the Bambu Wiki. There I discovered that my app screen does not look the same as mine. As you can see from the attached screenshot there should be a Calibration tab after the Project one. Mine is blank and a different one appears near the top of the screen. In addition, I do not have the options that are discussed in the Wiki.
- Can anyone advise if their version of Studio looks like mine or tell me where their Calibration tab appears. A friend of mine is using the same version and his appears as it does in the Wiki.(Edited)

Sort of relevant to my last post here a few mins ago, can anyone tell me how to save the settings used to print a Makerworld download that I might like and wish to use in my own STLs? Might not seem like a big deal but if I then decide to upload my file to Makerworld the project name and image from the initial downloaded file appears in mine.

I'm curious to hear from Bambu how their "number of prints" are calculated for each model, when there is so much room for error. For example, I can download Model A from Makerworld and print it. Now, if I then load one of my own STLs and print it according to Bambu I just printed Model A again.
If I don't close that session and just keep loading my own STLs I am again printing Model A constantly.
You can check this in your printing history within Bambu Handy.
Hardly seems very fair.

How do I change my email address in my profile? I have lost access to my old account and need to update it. On my PC if I click on my profile avatar the dropdown gives me an option for User Profile but it is not located there, There is also Account Settings. This takes me to what appears to be the page I need and indeed shows me my email address, but there is no way to edit it.
Anyone know?

I've searched this community forum and online but haven't found an answer. When creating a 3mf project how do you add a thumbnail of your choice? I don't know if some slicers allow this, but I haven't seen anything in Bambu Studio that gives the option.
I did find an outdated workaround online but the coding has changed a lot since then.
