perfect fit , I did internal with tpu & external with matte pla by Elegoo , it looks brand new like bought from a store with Matte PLA, i would highly recommend Matte PLA for non functional prints like this , once you go Matte you can't go back to glossy PLA

This has enough play space within itself so it doesn't resists while moving/printing . Not the greatest but one of the best PTFE guide on Maker World , just go for this , you won't waste your filament , if it feels far then just stretch x or y axis manually

This is one of the most useful thing every Bambu lab owner should print , i just glued those parts using 5 second glue and this is something i can't live without , fits perfectly and holds spools in place and does rotate along with the spool when/if necessary , Don't think guys just smash that Print button right now

Printed using 95A TPU and this is probably only cover you need for A1 mini , i tried all other but this one is hassle-free and low filament print , i tried doing no logo and output was crazy good for TPU

Tried it with 95A Tpu and it came out fine

It's great finishing

Tried with PLA and TPU and works well with both , i tried Generic PLA & 95A Tpu and output is still great

Perfect FIT, Go for it guys, just keep print speed low for better output because it prints in no time

Must Have tool for any filament regardless of its type , the screws are perfect fit , its better if you enlarge it to 104-105% of original print size , which won't resist filament flow and avoid any scratches to filament.

The spring mechanism is so satisfying , went all good on A1 mini
