I've spent the last couple years printing on a Mars 3 resin printer, but grew tired of all the mess, so I recently got a Bambu Lab A1 Combo, and am loving every minute of it. I've been printing practically non-stop since I got it, and been through several spools of filament. My next goal is learning more Fusion 360, so I can start posting my own models soon. I'm really looking forward to getting more involved in the Maker World community as I gain more modelling experience.

Brackets printed perfectly, and they are so low profile, they will fit nicely with the look I’m going for in my display. Only question is, how are the inlay files labeled/how to know which to choose for what bluray cases you have? Thanks for the model!

This print came out great, and holds my flush cutters exactly like I’d hoped it would. Thanks for the model!

I printed two dozen of these in PCTG, and had to stop the first attempt, due to the clip portions getting ripped off the bed. Fortunately they just needed outer brims and they printed fine from then on. On the second set, I combined the two rectangular versions, so they have both directions on one bracket. I found that I was wanting to swap my soools between my vertical and horizontal shelves and didn’t have enough hygrometers to warrant having the directional brackets separate. Probably just a limited use case, but it helps being able to use one bracket for both directions. Thanks for the model, it does exactly what I wanted!

I printed a bunch in several colors and filament types, though I had to size it down to 95% to get it to not slide off the filament on its own. Other than that, a great clip! Thanks for the nice model!

Printed first in a few different PLA colors, but then switched to PETG and PCTG for higher temp resistance in my filament dryer. I did have to resize it down to 98% to get it to grip the filament properly, but once done, it grabs and doesn’t slide on its own. The size decrease grabs spools a bit better too.

Printed the spool in Bambu PLA, and it came out fantastic! The main model picture inspired me to seek out the Bambu PLA Matte Dark Blue to put on it, and it’s a great combo. I’d say this is my favorite printed spool, especially since it hit the nostalgia of the reel to reel for me. Excellent model work!

Printed with American Filament PCTG and 0.4 stainless nozzle, and I love how it turned out. the only issue I had was with using a different material, PLA as the interface (specifically on the center bracket part), the interface points failed (I suspect due to cooling during filament change) and so the next layer of the overhangs had nothing to adhere to, leading to some spaghetti. I just switched to using a single material on the retry, and it printed great, with the supports coming off cleanly. I did the base tower portion in single material with no issues as well. It took some trial and error finding the right size machine screw in my town, but I determined the best size I could get is M3x.5x8mm. That fits with an M3 nut in the recessed hole on the other side. Lastly, I think the shafts could probably be a few millimeters longer, to give the Rotary Spool Holders a tiny bit more clearance in case of any possible warping for others. Thanks for the great model!
