#Sharing Makes #ASA #3DPrinting #BambuLab #MakerWorld #FDMPrinting ASA Printing Tips That Improved My Results 🔧🔥 After many ASA prints and a lot of testing, these settings gave me the most consistent results with minimal warping and better layer adhesion. Settings I currently use: Bed temperature: 90°C Part cooling fan: 10% Enclosed printer recommended Avoid drafts and sudden temperature changes during printing One thing that made a huge difference for me is what happens after the print finishes. I strongly recommend not removing the part immediately from the build plate. Instead, let the plate cool down naturally for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once the bed is completely cold: the part releases much more easily adhesion is still strong during cooling risk of warping or stress deformation is reduced Especially with larger ASA parts, patience during cooldown can save a failed print. Hopefully this helps someone in the MakerWorld community 👍
