First print was just barely too small for a wood 4x4 post. I increased the inner dimension to 91mm and scaled that change across the object and the result was perfect. nice snug fit on an unpainted 4x4. Will have to see what the impact is when the dry season comes and the post contracts, but even then, all it would take is a screw to hold it.
