There seems to me that there's a fundamental error with bambu's rating system. The developer is getting penalised for a users choice, or error. If the print fails on the first attempt bambu penalises the Devs .
In a lot cases, I've done this myself many times. ive realised i have a dirty build plate, installed the wrong colour, using the wrong build plate. Those are just a few things that make me cancel a print on first attempt, and they are all my fault as the user.
You have users openly accept they are at fault, but then the Dev is to blame by getting a max 3 star rating. This happens a lot.

Why is it not possible to remove other peoples print profiles, they are clearly trolling the print, with no changes just to get points
